You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p>Olivier Iteanu a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;hebdomadaire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actualitejuive.com\/\">Actualit\u00e9 Juive<\/a>, une interview sur le th\u00e8me des contenus haineux et le r\u00f4le des plateformes dans leur diffusion, au premier rang desquels Twitter, Facebook et YouTube (Google).<\/p>\n<p>Cette question hante le droit de l&#8217;internet depuis son origine au milieu des ann\u00e9es 1990.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re d\u00e9cision jamais rendue en droit de l&#8217;internet dans le monde, fut celle de la Cour Supr\u00eame des Etats-Unis d&#8217;Am\u00e9rique qui censurait alors en 1996, un texte de Loi promu par l&#8217;administration Clinton, intitul\u00e9 le <em>Decency Act<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La plus haute juridiction am\u00e9ricaine censurait le texte qu&#8217;elle consid\u00e9rait comme contraire au 1er Amendement de la Constitution, car portant atteinte au <em>free speech<\/em>.
